When will my product arrive
All orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed after 4pm count as the next day.
We ship using Royal Mail, you can expect your items 2-3 working days after we dispatch.
If any delays are expected, we will let you know via email.
What is my jewellery made from?
Unless specified on an item, our jewellery is made of plated bronze.
We always choose hypoallergenic materials to ensure your skin is always comfortable with our products.

How are my items packaged?
All our items come protected in bubble wrap.
We do our utmost to ensure they will arrive in the best condition possible.
If you feel like we could've kept them safer, please send us your feedback.
I'm not satisfied with my product or it has arrived broken, can I get a refund?
If you're not happy with your item, you can ship it back to us and we will refund you the value of the item.
Any damage in shipping will be refunded.
Refunds typically take 3-5 days to be processed.
There will be an extra delay if you are shipping an item back to us.
Can I get faster delivery?
The short answer is yes!
We offer several different shipping options, including 1st class and tracked.
All are available to pick at checkout in your shipping options.
My product has broken, can I have a replacement?
Care instructions come with our products. But should the item break due to a defect, we will happily replace it for free.
You will be asked to take a photo of the break and describe the damage.
